About Alicia

Hi, I’m Alicia!

My work is rooted in the understanding that we are not just a body or a mind, but a whole, interconnected system.

Like many people, I’ve experienced what it feels like to be out of balance — to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to come back to myself. Through yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices, I began to understand how deeply the body and nervous system shape our experience. That understanding is what guides my work today.

I offer yoga therapy–informed sessions that support the whole person — helping you reconnect, regulate, and build awareness in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.

Each session is individualized and responsive to what you need in the moment.

I draw from breath, movement, and awareness-based practices — allowing the work to meet you where you are and support your whole system over time.

I am a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and currently completing an 875-hour yoga therapy certification. I am forever a student and continue to deepen my studies in breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mind-body practices.

Outside of this work, I’m a mom of two and understand the reality of busy, full days. This work isn’t about perfection — it’s about finding simple ways to come back to yourself within real life.
